The Bloomington Jazz Orchestra is a Bloomington based Big Band made up of high end musicians from the area. The repertoire ranges from classic swing tunes to contemporary Big Band charts. Drawing from the libraries of Swing Era bands including Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Al Cobine, Stan Kenton, and Woody Herman, as well as the music of composers of Tom Kubis, Gordon Goodwin, Brent Wallarab, and Mario Bauza, there is something for everyone’s listening pleasure!

Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for kids 12 and under.

Tickets can also be purchased with cash or check at ACE in Mitchell or at the ticket booth the night of the event with cash, check, or card!

Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
Mitchell Opera House is handicap accessible.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the auditorium.
All seating is first come, first served.
