DESCRIPTION:Come see Sydney Adams live at the Mitchell Opera House on June 13th\, 2026 starting at 7p! \nBorn and raised in Southeastern Kentucky\, Sydney has practically been singing\nfrom the time she could talk. She has been performing on stage since she was\njust 12 years old. Soon after\, at the age of 15 she began writing her own songs.\nSydney has been hard at work\, keeping a full touring schedule where she’s\nopened for names like Ricky Skaggs\, Lonestar\, Deanne Carter\, Tracey\nLawerence\, Ward Davis\, Sunny Sweeney\, and Kylie Frey just to name a few.\nWith her traditional songwriting\, sweetheart demeanor\, powerhouse vocals\, and\ndynamic stage presence\, Sydney has the respect and love of most anyone who\nhas the privilege to watch her perform.\nSydney released her first EP “Always Home to Me” in 2019. She dropped a\nsingle titled “It Never Was” in 2021. Most recently Sydney released her newest 5\ntrack EP titled “A Lot Like You”. With four originals and a cover track\, this one is\nsure to be your new favorite album. She is about to release her next single in\nearly Spring of 2023. All of these songs can be downloaded and streamed on\nmost any platform. Sydney was named “Kentucky Music Hall of Fame’s Artists in\nResidence for 2022. She was also named one of Kentucky’s Top 10 Country\nArtists by Matt Wickstrom Journalist.
